Wood Hollow

This is a 59-lot single-family residential development on 6.55 acres. It is located on SW 175th Avenue in Aloha, Oregon. Improvements include internal public streets, a private street, half-street improvement on SW 175th Avenue, a water quality facility, and other related utilities. The project was designed to connect existing public streets which abut the site providing improved traffic circulation. A major off-site improvement involved construction of a 1,500-foot long storm pipe between the site and an existing system, eliminating localized flooding in the neighborhood.
