Karen's Glen

This is a 62-lot single-family planned residential development on 6.55 acres. It is located on 26th Avenue in Forest Grove, Oregon. Improvements include internal public streets, half-street improvement on 26th Avenue, a water quality facility, a centrally located park, and other related utilities. The project was designed to connect existing public streets which abut the site providing improved traffic circulation.
