This is a 30-lot single-family attached residential subdivision on 1.58 acres in a transit-oriented district. It is located at the northeast corner of Baseline Road and SW 197th Avenue. The application to Washington County included Development Review for 30 attached units, a floodplain alteration for construction of a retaining wall and sanitary sewer, and a hardship relief variance from the required 12-ft driveway width for all of the units. Additional project requirements involved the filling of an isolated wetland and temporary wetland impacts for sanitary sewer connection adjacent to the creek. The project also involved coordination with COE, (DSL), Clean Water Services (CWS).

This is a 21 lot single-family residential subdivision on 3.54 acres. It is located at 640 SW 173rd Avenue in the City of Beaverton. Improvements include internal public streets, half-street improvement to SW 173rd Avenue, a Washington County collector street, and conveyance of storm water through the site and down SW 173rd Avenue in a 36” pipe. Additional improvements include in-ground detention pipe and other utilities. The project involved removal and fill of existing wetland and off-site wetland mitigation. The project also involved coordination with Corp of Engineers, Department of State Lands (DSL), Clean Water Services (CWS), Washington County, and the City of Beaverton in addition to other service providers.
