Life Church & Life Christian School
aerial2-track (small).jpgThis project included a 50,000 sq. ft. church and 300-student K-12 school a 13-acre site located at 5585 SW 209th Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon. Project involved planning services including an Urban Growth Boundary Adjustment, a Plan Amendment, a Special Use and Development Review applications to Metro and Washington County. Engineering services included on-site parking lot design and drainage/water quality design. Grading and drainage design for a running track was also prepared. Special coordination with regional and local governments was necessary for this project.
 
170th Athletic Fields - TVWD

170th-drop-shadow (small).jpgWorked with THPRD staff to design and construct park facilities. Specific design challenges were arranging baseball/softball fields and soccer fields with overlaps due to space constraints, and grading of the fields to keep costs down yet meet slope requirements. Worked with jurisdictions (Washington County, CWS, and TVWD), THPRD staff, and other consultants. (Staff experience).

 
Oregon Episcopal School Athletic Field
market-devlopment_assist3-- (small).jpgManaged overall budget of $1.8 million, managed consultant contracts including engineer, surveyor, geotech, structural, jurisdictions (Beaverton, Washington County, CWS, Raleigh Water, DSL, Army Corps), OES facility manager, wetland scientists, and arborists. Negotiated with Fire Marshal, Beaverton Schools, various members of the OES community and OES School Board members. Worked with OES staff to ensure the ball fields were in compliance and the parking and drive aisles met school and athletic field requirements. Managed construction and made recommendations, monitored costs and changes.
