.jpg "aerial-1-drop-shadow (small).jpg") Pedestrian-oriented 8,000 sq. ft. retail building on a 1/2-acre site located adjacent to Fred Meyer on Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, Oregon. The building was designed by Studio Parati Architects. Design-build project by Joseph Hughes Construction. Project involved planning and engineer services including detailed drainage design for underground detention. Improvements include pedestrian-oriented design with direct access required from Beavercreek Road via a stairway. Special coordination with Fred Meyer was required for access and utility design.
