Gresham Dental
gresham-dental-drop-shadow (small).jpgThe Gresham dental office is a 2,400 sq. ft. building on a 0.54 acre parcel located at the southeast corner of NE Burnside Road and NE Cleveland Avenue in Gresham, Oregon. The project involved planning and engineering services for site design including improvements along NE Burnside Road, parking and drainage. This also involved coordination with the City of Gresham for access to the site. Access was limited to right-in/right-out movements onto NE Burnside Road as the site has limited frontage on NE Cleveland Avenue.
 
Oregon City Retail Center
aerial-1-drop-shadow (small).jpgPedestrian-oriented 8,000 sq. ft. retail building on a 1/2-acre site located adjacent to Fred Meyer on Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, Oregon. The building was designed by Studio Parati Architects. Design-build project by Joseph Hughes Construction. Project involved planning and engineer services including detailed drainage design for underground detention. Improvements include pedestrian-oriented design with direct access required from Beavercreek Road via a stairway. Special coordination with Fred Meyer was required for access and utility design.
 
Baseline Retail Center
aerial-1-drop-shadow (small).jpgRetail development involving a 30,000 sq. ft., 5-building retail project on a 3-acre site located at 5301 W. Baseline Road, Hillsboro, Oregon. The buildings were designed by Studio Parati Architects. Project involved planning and engineer services including coordination with Washington County to obtain a “right-in” access from W. Baseline Road. Improvements include on-site parking and sidewalk on W. Baseline Road as well as off-site sanitary sewer extension. Additional coordination with City of Hillsboro Engineering and Parks Departments for access location from NW 53rd Avenue and interior access from parking lot for a regional park on the adjacent parcel.
 
Cornelius Retail Center
aerial-1-dropshadow (small).jpgPedestrian-oriented 12,000 sq. ft. retail building on a 1-acre site located at 7502 NW Shaleen Street, Hillsboro, Oregon. The building was designed by Partin and Hill Architects. Design-build project by Joseph Hughes Construction. Project involved planning and engineer services including a variance application to setback standards related to road improvements on adjacent Cornelius Pass Road. Improvements include on-site parking and sidewalk on NW Shaleen Street. Special coordination for site improvements was required with Washington County as part of its Baseline Road widening project.
 
Poise Studios
layout color (small).jpg  This project includes the site design of a 0.56 acre lot with an existing building to be structurally upgraded for a commercial school for yoga, pilates and belly dancing. 

The project includes:

  • Right-of-way dedication and half-street improvements along SW 184th Avenue frontage.
  • Parking lot design.
  • Drainage of parking lot and half street improvements.
  • Right-of-way dedication along SW Kinnaman Road
