Greg Thiel brings 38 years of civil experience focused on a wide variety of municipal infrastructure projects.  Greg manages wastewater and sewer projects, utility rate studies, storm drainage projects, water distribution projects, and sanitary sewer lift station projects. He also provides quality control review for civil engineering projects.  Greg is registered as a civil engineer in Oregon, Washington, Missouri, and Texas.     Vela VKE offers a range of professional consulting engineering services covering conceptualization, planning, design, management, construction, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of infrastructure. With over 60 years of South African, African and International engineering experience we are able to provide our clients with cost effective, comprehensive and innovative solutions.
