Bob has generated numerous hydrologic and hydraulic models and performed key design roles for storm drainage projects ranging from drainage trunk lines for municipalities to comprehensive collection and treatment facilities for residential, commercial, and institutional developments. Matt Newman has 18 years of planning experience in both the public and private sectors. Recent planning experience ranges from small rural residential projects to large urban transit-oriented commerical and residential developments. Matt has directed the planning application process from initial comprehensive plan amendments, annexations and zone changes, through the current land use applications including conditional use, design review, variance, flood plain alteration and subdivision applications. Besides directing the planning process, Matt coordinates the development with engineers, surveyors, environmental consultants, land use attorneys and local government professionals for a successful project.
