Greg Thiel brings 38 years of civil experience focused on a wide variety of municipal infrastructure projects.  Greg manages wastewater and sewer projects, utility rate studies, storm drainage projects, water distribution projects, and sanitary sewer lift station projects. He also provides quality control review for civil engineering projects.  Greg is registered as a civil engineer in Oregon, Washington, Missouri, and Texas.   Greg Palmer has over 18 years of roadway, civil engineering and utility planning projects. Greg's broad-based design experience includes commercial, residential, golf course and retail developments.  Greg has working in the UK, South Africa and for the last 6 years in the US.  Other experience includes traffic modeling, regional utility planning, highway & interchange design. Notable projects include the 15 million sf Umhlanga New Town Center in Durban South Africa, West Highlands 350 unit residential Estate in Atlanta, GA, Legacy Ridge 500 unit residential in New York.
