NW Engineers will be able to assist you in the following project phases: 

NW Engineers will help you research the site (i.e., available utilities, environmental constraints, land use designations, dimensional requirements, etc.) and apply this information to draft a conceptual layout for the desired industrial use (i.e. warehouse, business park, manufacturing, etc.).  Work with the client and architect to understand the required use and style of the proposal and assist in creating it.

NW Engineers' planning staff has a wealth of knowledge and experience in many jurisdictions and their complex regulations.  We work closely with the project architect and client to ensure all issues (site constraints) are addressed up front, thus creating a more fluid design and construction process. 

Once Land Use Approvals are obtained we design the site according to jurisdictional standards Conditions of Approval and special owner needs and requirements.  Construction plans are submitted and permits for construction are obtained. 

We assist in construction management and observation.  Our engineers and project managers work closely with contractors to get the project built in a timely and cost effective manner.
